Pros

Only pro is employee discount

Cons

This place does not reward merit. There are some great leaders on the VP and Director level. But there are also dinosaurs in senior/mid-level management, and a high percentage of dishonest and mean people who hold the company back in terms of terrible culture, product design, consumer connection, incompetence, lack of accountability/effective KPIs, operational disorganization -- . The IT systems are a joke for a company this size -- it's a wonder how any product actually gets out the door without completely angering every wholesaler, supplier, business partner they do business with (and I'm pretty sure they do.. look at how DSG decreased orders and floor space). Terribly disorganized fray and departments don't talk with one another (apparel/accessories and footwear all use different product management systems with a lot of manual Excel work that can be automated). Low pay/comp/benefits. This place is a joke. Also if you're a minority, don't work here. There's a reason they don't publish their diversity and inclusion stats like literally every other responsible company.
