Good Job Experience with Customers, Poor Management & Toxic Work Environment - Sales Associate Under Armour Employee Review

Toxic work environment. There was a lot of favoritism, racism, and sexism at play. Management would pick and choose who they have sales opportunities to grow to based on how well they got along and not so much on performance. Male manages made inappropriate comments to female employees that were very degrading and disrespectful. Complaints were made and nothing was ever done about it because all the managers were white males that were all chummy with each other. Expect a "it is how it is" response.
