Operational Nightmare - Anonymous employee Under Armour Employee Review

Company struggles with operations at every level. Allocations are a nightmare, we operate out of PODs during holiday instead of sending us the right product at the right time. Executives don’t listen to feedback given by store management. Sometimes goals are unreasonable (sell x amount of footwear but oops your store has no footwear because we don’t have any to send.) Must be an innovative leader and be able to carry a high stress load for this position.
