      Great discount (50% off) and lots of good people to work with

      Cons

      Company is not performing well and the leadership does not care about if teammates are happy. Everything is about money and well-being is overlooked. There are also known leaders who mistreat their teams and despite investigations still work at the company. It’s very disappointing

      Pros

      Good employee benefits, Fun company to work for, people are nice

      Cons

      Difficult to work with upper level management. Also they rarely give internal promotions. More common they fill positions from the outside so not a lot of growth chances.
