      My team was amazing, the work, culture, people, day to day was amazing I loved every minute of it

      Disconnect with the executive team and the people. Lack of identity and comp is low compared to industry

      Pros

      Good employee benefits, Fun company to work for, people are nice

      Cons

      Difficult to work with upper level management. Also they rarely give internal promotions. More common they fill positions from the outside so not a lot of growth chances.
