      Remote Direct Supervisors are very supportive A lot of opportunities to engage with other teammates

      Cons

      Low Pay Very low chances at advancement Weekly coaching Micromanagement from the workforce team Schedules Drastically change multiple times a year and there is nothing you can do about it.

      Pros

      Good employee benefits, Fun company to work for, people are nice

      Cons

      Difficult to work with upper level management. Also they rarely give internal promotions. More common they fill positions from the outside so not a lot of growth chances.
