      People are collaborative and willing to learn

      Cons

      Management could be better, benefits are the bare minimum. With the founder taking over as CEO, tactics are rather questionable.

      Pros

      Good employee benefits, Fun company to work for, people are nice

      Cons

      Difficult to work with upper level management. Also they rarely give internal promotions. More common they fill positions from the outside so not a lot of growth chances.
