Pros

Location truly cares about the team. You expected to do you own ground work as all sales jobs are.. I was successful after grinding through the training and taking hold of my territory. The bonuses are great now then what they use to be. If you love working on your own but, have a great people at the location that will help you be successfully if you put your heart in it. This is for you.

Cons

This job is not for everyone! Could be a little more training on some product that is offered. But, You do have all access to online training and just have to have the will power to take time to take it on your own. Can be long hours but, is rewarding after closing the deal and get well paid for it and seeing the customers faces when they are happy.

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you took advantage of the many bonuses we have made available to our Sales Teams. And we agree, Closing a Sale and seeing the difference you make for a business is probably the closest thing to real magic there is in this world (at least if you’re a Salesperson). ;)

Pros

Upper management genuinely cares about their team, and the hiring process is simple and straightforward. Base pay and the monthly stipend are both fair, and I appreciate the company's structure — questions get answered quickly, and you have dedicated team member support. I also like that the role is self-managing, with CDR handling pricing and deal structuring so you can focus on your own performance. Overall, this company really takes care of its employees.

Cons

The pay structure for this role is a bit unique — after a sale closes, the CDR earns commission for the first few months, and then commission transitions over to the drive team. It's certainly not a deal-breaker, just an observation, and I'm not knocking the company for it. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at UniFirst.
