Pros
The sales training you get in the beginning is helpful. Especially to a new rep.The money could be good and there are some great people that work there.
Cons
Where do I start.. During the first year I had 3 different BM and 2 Sales Managers. Account paperwork was consistently " lost " by management after it was turned in which delayed orders. Orders were consistently incorrect due to errors made after it leaves the reps hands. I do not think i ever had an account that went smooth..I was lied to on several occasions about the progress of accounts..and when i left it took months to get my commission because of the delays in processing/installation of accounts. You get bonuses if you have certain amounts installed by a certain time, however they will find a way to not pay you or you wont qualify because installation is stalled....It took almost a year to get money owed to me after i left with very little help from administration.. I had to call Mass. to discuss and get my commission sent to me. Any communication between depts is not encouraged.. They micromanage to the point where they call your appts/cold calls to make sure you came by.Reps feel like they are treated like children when the SM is told to watch the employees make phone calls.. Ridiculous!.But most importantly their process is grossly disorganized resulting in terrible customer service that the rep is responsible for paying back. When you discuss the issues with them they act like they don't care or have a" how dare you question them" attitude..This place is a nightmare and probably one of the worse situations i have ever been in and i'm not one to complain.
