Great work-life balance Small benefits, but they are working on other benefits too and it looks promising Competitive salary Challenging work, you will get to learn a lot Great people, very supporting and friendly If you have something new, which is good for the company, you can showcase to all tech people in a common meeting. Openness and great culture Positive work environment

Cons

I have a habit of following loads of processes that are missing here, but am enjoying the current process too

positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

Cons

upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.
