Executive Chef. We took over a new account and it was a disaster. Huge facility and I was the only "manager" on site for 4 months. Yeah we had traveling managers, but mostly no support. I spent 6 months trying to hold the place together and never received any support from upper management. Finally the client got started feeling like they didn't get what they were sold and put pressure on upper managment. Well guess what........the one person (me) that supported them through the whole screwed up process was thrown completely under the bus. While I left on my own, I have to say, Unidine is the most in professional, small minded company in the industry. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! You have been warned. - Executive Chef Unidine Employee Review

Pros

Food philosophy is awesome! But the company does not have the support or training structure in place.

Cons

Everything. Benefits are horrible, upper managment are self entitled foodies. By the way everyone in corporate claims to be a chef, yet the company is run son horribly. I personally witnessed upper managment lie to clients and residents about their fresh food approach........ Yeah same contract company different name.
