Pros
work life balance is great compared to a restaurant compensation WAS better than where I was at Anthony the VP makes it a point to know our names and backstories and he takes care of hundreds of accounts
Cons
High turnover rate in this company and when the management changes all the old information is gone. The ad on indeed is saying pay is more than what us existing employees get by two to four dollars an hour. The company wants a cookie cutter operation but do not realize some places are just different. The top executive chefs are just worried about the scores but do not seem to get that two hours to cook for 250 people four hots and portioning the food while having to make 60 alternate plates due to allergies needs two people for things to be done well. The chefs love to play menu maker but do not test them out on a large enough scale to see if they are practical or not.
