Pros
Excellent vision for providing an interesting and nutritious experience for individuals in hospitals and nursing homes. Lot's of people working hard to provide this experience.
Cons
Executive management, the CEO in particular, can not be trusted. Success is measured by time put in as opposed to results achieved, and time commitment expected is completely unrealistic (unless we are still in the 1030's). Promises are not kept, and the financial success of the organization is at the expense of taking care of the people.
