Pros
Great support from senior leadership, wiggle room to manage operation and lead team, understanding that everything we do is a process, not a finite task, resident/ patient feedback, chance to change the perception about hospital food
Cons
Really depends on whom one's reporting to- senior leaders are people too, and imperfect at that. I lucked out I guess and cannot be happier with where I am.
