Upper Management doesn't care - Anonymous employee Unidine Employee Review

No support from uppermanagement. Human resources don't help or respond to issues. The culture that was a supposed part of Unidine were never seen in my 10 years working for them.Perhaps bad management isolated to my unit. Pto time is use it or loose it. During covid when staffing was particularly challenging so much time was spent at the facilities with no compensation as salaried employees just to loose over a 100 hours of vacation time for two years straight. Bottom line to uppermanagement is.profit not people
