Unidine has a culture of culinary excellence that is not often found in contract foodservice. The fresh food commitment and scratch cooking standards allow chefs to be creative in a segment that does not always encourage it. Unidine's "people first" culture extends not only to their own team members but also to guests, residents and client associates as well.
Cons
The high standards and high level of accountability aren't for everyone.
