Pros
Was very good at my job. Liked by the staff. Learned how to multi task.
Cons
Long hours then turning around a cutting hours when promised a set amount. Not enough help when needed. Low morale making changes to make changes without explaining reason. Not listening to staff when they know the location and clients. Expecting hourly wage employees to be at 6 places at once while being either on conference calls or meets all day. Pay not anywhere close to what's deserved for amount off work.
