Company is growing really fast. it could be a good thing if it is managed properly and employees feel satisfied.
Cons
work-load is high, not enough people to get the work done. and you are always expected to have a smiling face even if you don't feel like it. Always have a positive attitude and do not even talk to your co-workers about our frustration unless you completely trust them...
