There are several, but they include the following: CEO only cared for himself, poor training and mentoring, lack of communication within and outside prospective department, inconsistency of departmental policies and procedures, a high cost for subpar benefits, no room for growth, very little work/life balance, and the lack of ability for management to allow team members to think for themselves and promote ideas/suggestions (their way is the only way!).
