Toxic Environment - Anonymous employee Unidine Employee Review

I worked at two different locations and both were very toxic. Employees and temporary workers "ran the show". No respect for management. Management also didn't hold employees accountable for unacceptable behavior. Allowed bad behavior because they were short-staffed and didn't want to lose anyone. Upper management only cares about numbers. No support to directors struggling to keep staff. No show of appreciation to staff.
