      The only pros are your coworkers.

      Cons

      I have never worked for a company that will allow directors to treat employees poorly. You complain to corporate and nothing is done. My former director is misappropriating funds, cooks don’t have food to serve elderly residents, and turnover rate is extremely high. Save yourself the headache and seek employment elsewhere.
