Upper management is very disconnected from the general work population and do not live the values they demand everyone focus on every day during mandatory company-wide meetings. Trend of making commitments that are hardly ever lived up to. Management rarely willing to accept responsibility for any failures; it is always the fault of everyone else except for them.
