Pros

Fast paced and fun job. If you're in a good station you can meet amazing people.

Cons

Senior management likes the high turn over rate and doesn't want employees to make a career out of this. Max out pay at $9.70 an hour for cross trained agents. Little to no room for advancement. Recently got rid of retiree seniority for flying. No vacation or sick time
