Unsafe practices go unaddressed Poor mgmt and leadership because of all the problems. Inexperienced people only ones willing to take promotion Aviation safety issues not taken seriously New hires that could be good quickly see leadership is bad and others don't care or are bad workers so soon drop to that level Leadership and mamagrmt instruct subordinates to do unsafe things. Lots of training, but clear policy and procedure is regularly ignored. People who bring problems to light are retaliated against HR is a joke
