None - because this is not an employer to be compared to American Airlines, United or any other airlines in the DFW area.

Cons

This company employes individuals for Delta Airlines. Do not work for this employer, They bully a person into working on week-end for years, never give "grandfather-ed employees" the ability to bid to work during the week. New employees are hired and given a shift during the week, what is wrong with this picture? Management will bully you and make up their own rules, rules that are not in the employee handbook. Upper management were not open to hearing the employees' concerns. Supervisors fear standing up for what is right vs wrong. If I could give this employer a "zero" across the board - I would. Delta should make the individuals employees as this company will cause customers to stop traveling on the airlines.
