      If you prefer a job with routine tasks each day, this position suits you well. It's ideal for those who appreciate consistency, though it may not appeal to those seeking more dynamic and exciting work.

      Cons

      Yes, you receive "flight benefits", but they are far from free. I would look at them as a discount rather than flight benefits. Often, it's cheaper to fly with budget airlines like Frontier or Allegiant. With Delta, there's no guaranteed seat and you're usually lowest priority. Even with empty seats, you're 8/10 times outbid. The job involves substantial responsibilities for just $13 per hour. Moreover, the job is split into multiple short shifts of 2-3 hours each, making it challenging to earn enough to pay bills. The high turnover is partly due to unfulfilled promises of raises, leading many to leave once they realize this. Once you work here for about 6 months you'll have significant seniority.
