      First in 2024 we had an increase of $15 cents/h which is not competitive at all, making $19.71/h , They send coworkers back home when there are too many workers, they overhire employees and there is no work for everyone, you Can't do your 40/hours weekly. there is racism, favoritism, harassment, no teamwork, no safety, those who do not speak or understand English make the daily work more difficult. there is no good communication or fair opportunities to apply for a higher position. no one cares about employee complaints, they have had to report supervisors for abuse and racism, It can be a good season depending on if you have good supervisors at this station. They made up positions that are not in the job description and there is no training or safety to develop. The flight benefits aren't that great, and the bonuses change depending on season needs.
