Flight benefits with Delta.

Cons

Pays their overworked agents WAY under the going rate. You could work at McDonalds and make more! They disrespect their employees by paying that little. And if they pay that little, they better get used to getting the kind of work and level of care from their employees that are willing to work for that little. Many can't get jobs elsewhere, so they end up here. It's like a revolving door of employees in and out.
