      Pros

      This is multi national company and its values are excellent. This is FMGC company and take care of community. I feel me and my family is very secure here.

      Cons

      Due to nature of my job and company policy there is no promotion for me, this thing sometimes really disappointed me and my family. As my childrens are growing up and they see the other peoples of company that they promote very quickly they raise a lot of question on it very frequently,

      Pros

      Hard to find any pros now... nice new office with a view, Good products. Company store. Good stamp on the resume (I guess).

      Cons

      UL has lost its way. Used to be an exceptional company when it fundamentally was ethical, environmental and prioritized Customer and employee service. Its now clear that the company is being milked by the board for money. Layoffs, sketchy financial activity, disconnected leadership structures with no feedback loops. Office politics are rampant and you cant get promoted, UL creates their own "glass ceiling" to limit promotions. Multiple divestitures over the past years.
