Very focused on savings, cash and speed. Also very socially active and visible. UL is all for diversity but leaves many employees outside of its designated diversity circles. Culture is very much focused on millenials and their priorities...

The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
