Pros
Supposedly pay well. Flexible working schedule and location depending on your department. Management has finally started to understand about investing in the growth of employees.
Cons
The top level keeps themselves there by stepping on others. Managers give you the run around and there is no consistency between departments for job level and function. Red tape galore. Working bi-coastal is a nightmare as no systems are truly integrated. Employee growth policies are vague and vary by department what they will reimburse.
