* regular professional development that meets teacher needs * class sizes are generally reasonably sized * technology is provided for all teachers and students each receive a Chromebook for assignments and other work. * technology trainings and support are readily available
Cons
* administrators are often shifted between schools so you never know if you will have the same person year to year * ineffective administrators are simply moved to another school rather than releasing them from employment * the school board does not vote for the benefit of students. They look to save money when there are significant needs in schools, including when there are school buildings in need or major repairs.
