Pros
Benefits ate great, but employees like teacher assistants / instructional assistance even assistance that work with special needs children, custodians, maintenance, warehouse, Etc do not make enough money to enjoy the benefits because employee's cannot afford for money to come out of their paychecks in order to have retirement, health insurance, vision, and dental. Etc....
Cons
The assistance work harder much than the teachers, yet the teacher's make $20,000 to $30,000 more per year.
