A little tough to pick more than a few pros but here goes, benefits, travel, pay, location
Cons
Need to change the transfer policy from two years to a year. They don't care if you have a family, you get talked to if you layoff. Need to find a better system other than the seniority ranking so people can move up in their career field. They need to stop hiring all these new people if they have no where to put the in the service unit
