      - Opportunity to grow in the company is limitless- as long as you put in hard work and effort you will be rewarded. - Experience is priceless and invaluable. - excellent benefits-- medical, dental, retirement

      Cons

      -Tough company to have a family with if you work in the field (outside of Omaha HQ) -Moving often to move up in the company - work/life balance just isn't there for field operators -long work days (usual is 12, can be upwards of 18 or more depending on emergencies you're on call for) -to move up you must be on call
