U.P. has a great retirement plan if you can stay that long.
Cons
Absolutely worst vacation benefits I have ever had at any company. No sick leave policy. If you are sick you go to work and make others sick or you take 1 of you 5 allowed vacation days. On call 24 / 7. No on- call or pager pay with that responsibility. No bonuses, no incentives. I stayed 1.5 years and realized this company provides jobs, not careers!
