Pros
Ability to work at your own pace. The tasks assigned are reasonable and for the most part you will have proper training.
Cons
Upper management is not in touch with what is happening in the field and most decisions seemed to be based on spreadsheets. It is an old boys network. Not what you want to see when a simple misstep can create a disaster.
