      -Great benefits (you will retire a millionaire) -Tremendous opportunity for growth -Competitive pay -Challenging, though rarely intrinsically rewarding -I love my role in the company

      Cons

      -70+ hours weeks. No really... 70+ hour weeks -Zero work life balance in some locations -You may very well be criticized for suggesting you even deserve a work life balance. Omaha takes the laughable position that maintaining your life outside of work is easy if you manage it... as though the regular 65-75 hour weeks are not the problem
