Everything else - including declining health care, profit over safety, horrendous attendance policy, disgustingly filthy engines, rotting on filthy engines 15 miles away from home because huge trains can't get into town, climbing 5 mph up hills to save fuel, home time spent with family is usually spent passed out in bed to go back to work 10 hours later, etc, etc....
