the hours are very early in the morning like 5am, there is a hassle sharing the food amongst all the floors constantly. Some employees hired were very conflictive and were not fired

Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
