      Pros

      The overall culture at USHG was a positive, however after HI (hospitality included) was implanted much of the culture was undermined and the upper levels of management seemed to withdraw from being as honest and transparent as they had been previously.

      Cons

      Everything had to be ok'd by corporate which in the grand scheme of things took way too long.

      - NYC income tax - I can't really think of any

      Pros

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
