      The experience to work in different venues and get 1 on 1 development that helps you figure out your next steps up the ladder.

      Cons

      seasonal work. Didn't like the transition out of the company.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
