      Sometimes you are overworked and sometimes you are bored. There is no medium.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
