      They offer health insurance with different plans

      Cons

      Non tipping so you don't make money. Managers are inexperienced and berate you in front of other staff. Doubles and then opening the next day. If you don't "drink the koolaid" they don't want you to work there. Tense work environment.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
