      -Unfair pay, but more of a universal problem across industry -Lack of transparency between restaurant LLC's within cooperation -Leadership within individual restaurants varies greatly depending on executive roles

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
