      At this time everything was non-tipping, so you'd make on average less than other places. Certainly the right direction, just difficult in practice.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
