-Marble counter tops. -Tall ceilings. -You have a real 30 min break.
Cons
-It’s a segregated environment, where black and latino workers are part of its casual parallel operation (downstairs) while white and Asian workers occupy a variety of roles in the Michelin starred space(independent of skill level). -It’s incredibly disorganized. -The kitchen lacks leadership aside from Executive Chef and maturity overall.
