      I learned the majority of what my job consists of with this business! I met some of my life long best friends that turned to family and there was a lot of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Finding the "yes!", even though sometimes it's ok for No to be the answer.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
