      reasonably professional environment, with plenty of exceptions

      Cons

      Danny Meyer was willing to 'experiment' with getting rid of tipping when his employees were footing the bill. not so when his businesses were on the line during the pandemic.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
