      transparency is something the leadership team has continued to work on, i think it will improve over time as they realize how important it is

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
